Terms of each sale vary depending on the type of auction. Estate sales are tax exempt whereas we are required by law to collect on consignment auctions.
All merchandise "as is" No Refunds 7.35% sales tax (unless you have a sales tax exemption certificate on file here) We make an honest attempt to accurately identify all merchandise and note any defects that may exist. However, unless explicitly announced, NO WARRANTY IS MADE REGARDING ANY ITEM'S AUTHENTICITY OR CONDITION. All statements made from the podium take precedence over anything in our catalogs or advertisements. ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDS ARE FINAL AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED - NO RETURNS.
