A wonderful 10,000 sq. ft climate controlled, smoke free facility in which to showcase and auction their items. Small items are cased and large items are artfully arranged for maximum impact. We have a large data base of bidders that come with the intent to buy. We offer absentee bidding so that clients that cannot attend the auction still have the opportunity to buy. We feature a receiving area where items are placed until they are paid for. This insures that all items are paid for before they are picked up. We pay for all the advertising in three of our local newspapers and list all auctions on a national website. All auctions have general listings with photographs on our website and are detailed by lot numbers in our catalogs. Sellers receive computer generated post-auction reports that detail by lot number what their items sold for. There is no charge for facility, staff, set-up, advertising, internet exposure or storage fees. Our commission is based on a sliding-rate that decreases for high ticket items. The owners of Heritage Auction House have four decades of experience in the antiques and collectibles field.

All merchandise is handled on a first-come, first-served pre-approved basis. Please call (816) 792-2900 to set up an appointment to assess the items in your estate or pieces that you are wanting to consign. We do not permit drop-offs without appointments as our hall is frequently rented for other events.

A wonderful 10,000 sq. ft. climate controlled, smoke free facility with comfortable seating, clean bathrooms, a nice snack bar and plenty of parking right across the street. We open our doors for a one hour preview before the auction starts. All bidders are provided a catalog of items by lot number. We welcome absentee bidders and provide this service at no extra charge. We feature a receiving area where items are placed until they are paid for. This allows our bidders freedom from having to gather the items around their feet or constantly run to their car to put items away. We also provide boxes and plain, clean paper so bidders don't have to sit all through the auction with empty boxes at their side. We offer varied payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, personal & business checks (with pre approval) and cash. There is no charge to buyers who use their credit card.

   We won't let the weather determine your items worth and you don't have to worry about having strangers stomping through your property.
